Pick a size. We fill the bowls.
Small Tiffin
2 small bowls + 5 roti or small rice. Swap a bowl for dahi if you'd rather.

Cooked by two people who know what a long day needs.
Before Punjabi Tadka, our parents spent years as long-haul truck drivers, the kind of job that teaches you fast what a meal actually has to do. It has to be fresh. It has to fill you up. It has to be good for you, because you're the one sitting for hours after you eat it. And it has to taste like something worth pulling over for.
So when they opened the kitchen in 2017, they cooked the same way for everyone else: real portions, real ingredients, nothing sitting around. It's why our prices are built the way they are, too. We'd rather feed the community well than squeeze the last dollar out of a plate.
